I highly recommend this app; because there is so much information on nutrition (recipes), workout splits, and exercises per body part. There are many different workout routines broken down by body part(s). If you need to change your routine, or learn more about bodybuilding this app is the best! Thank you Jeff!
Finally a simple app that features great content. I get really good inspiration from this IFBB Pro. Slick design.
I did grest progress with this app 4$ is nothing when you could pay more than 100$ for personnal trainer , just look video of exercice and if im not sure about some training i ask some ppl in my gym !

Some bad moments

Its simple a routine app. You can get it from any bodybuilding site. Those are simple routines. Usually 4 sets of each exercise. Not worth it at all. Improve the app, add some nutritional guide and supplement review. Otherwise its not worth the money.

I love this app - I used to take screenshots of Jeff Longs Facebook posts and look at them in the gym. Now I no longer have to do that with this app. While other online trainers are charging $30 or more for workouts - Jeffs app is truly a value! Get it now :)

This app has helped me in so many ways! Such great workout routines & exercises! I also really enjoy the cardio piece too! Jeff did an excellent job with this app! Everyone who lifts should is this app!
There are a lot of workout apps out there and Ive tried several of them. This is the only one hat has actually added to my workout routine. Well worth the couple bucks. It will expand your repituare of exercises while making sure you hit the vey part of the muscle group you are working. Its very well done.
